Best Practices When Using OnState's Virtual Call Center Software Solution

If you are an OnState call center user and you log into the OnState Anywhere application every day. Here are our best practice suggestions:

State Settings

• Monitor your state

• Change to “Not Ready” so you won’t be Forced Off

• Reset your state to Ready after a Force Off

Logging Out

• Use the “Log Out” link

• Don’t simply close the window

• Turn off your PC daily

For Skype Users

• Use Internet Explorer 7 or 8

• Check your Skype integration icon

• Allow call from everyone, not just contacts

• Never block minds.ast.1

• Use the standard version of Skype

• Add OnState to your list of trusted sites in your browser

Everyone

• Delete temporary files weekly

• Don't forward calls from another number, port your number to OnState

• Don't install third party plug-ins like Google or Yahoo toolbars to your browser

• Refresh your browser if performance starts to deteriorate

• Close your browser and restart it if refreshing does not help
